Armando from Terminix was absolutely amazing. From the moment he arrived, he took the time to explain everything to me and was very knowledgeable. He made me feel confident that he knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. We had a flying ant infestation in our master bedroom where they had built a nest. The first technician simply asked me where I wanted him to spray and then left. My experience with Armando was completely different. He thoroughly explained why the infestation happened, what treatment he was performing, and what we should expect moving forward. He went above and beyond, and I am very grateful that he came to help our family. Armando provided true five-star service, and I highly recommend him to anyone needing pest control services.

This was terminix 3rd visit, I got the privilege of having Omar Sandoval come in the last 2 times and he’s great! He’s knows what he’s doing, he’s very experienced and professional. The fact that he’s bilingual is a bonus, all of my tenants are Spanish speakers so that has been very helpful. I don’t know how much he’s getting paid but he needs a raise!! I really hope I continue to get scheduled with him.

Trestan from the Terminix Mokena, Il office came out to do an exterior and interior inspection of my home. Sealed exterior openings and discovered 2 mice in traps. He did a thorough job and is very professional at his job. I'm very happy with the outcome of the visit!
