Olivia! I can't say enough about how amazing she is. Terminex still has my business SOLELY because of her ability to go above and beyond to get rid of brown recluse spiders in my home. Unfortunately, I have been unimpressed with my previous representative and reached out to Olivia (my house was on her route years ago) when my needs weren't being met. Olivia changed her schedule, went well out of her way, and made me a priority to keep my business and solve my problems. She took my concerns more seriously than ANY manager or representative in the company. Olivia is getting my 5 star review not Terminex. If anyone in upper management reviews this, you have a devoted employee that truly cares about doing what's right. She is a go getter. The technician was professional, kind, and very careful when applying the treatment throughout our home.
