Our service rep Charles does a good job! Our mouse problem isn't nearly as bad as it was when we began service in July; HOWEVER, there are still inside issues that we hope will be eradicated as we continue to move toward the winter months. ZERO STARS-100% do NOT recommend. I have had to call customer service multiple times to try and resolve issues. The salesman that came and quoted our services lied and had us sign contracts that did not match what he said with service appt amounts and prices. charged us $700 that was supposed to be refunded and it took almost 4 months of calling to finally get refunded. Was also told there was no contract and could cancel at any time, only to find out afterwards that there is actually a year contract and you are stuck in it. He had us electronically sign everything and did not give us copies of what was signed that supposedly has this information buried in the fine print.

Communication and customer service I received was severely lacking. I started service with them in early November, it’s now January and my problem still have not been fully taken care of. Nobody answers the phone and they refuse to communicate between one another. At this point, I will take my money elsewhere.

Very disappointed with the service. i had a rat infestation in one of my rentals. i signed a contract with them to get it taken care off. anyways to make the long story short 15 months later and that rat situation has not been resolved. i decided to take action myself. i cancelled terminix and bought my some rat poison. set a bunch of traps. rats. one week later no sign of live rats. Problem solved!!!

The process started with Stephen Ross, he was very thorough with his walk through and took his time explaining in detail our mice issue and all the steps to fix the issue. Once we paid for the service Pierson was immediately in contact with me and came out and treated the house and removed some wasp nests and gave me some good tips on little things we can do going forward. This wasn't Pierson or Stephen's fault but it took a little longer than desired to get the insulation in for them to come out and do the mice extermination but once they got it in they didn't waste any time getting out and getting the job done. Pierson did an excellent job keeping in touch with me on the process, where they were, what was next, etc. In all my family and I started out with a big problem we didn't know what to do with. Im grateful we reached out to Terminex and got Stephen and Pierson to both take really good care of us. My family is feeling a ton of relief now which is priceless! Thank you guys! Will recommend Terminex to any and all i know.
