Cole did a phenomenal job. He did things that no Terminix technician has done before. He was very thorough and took care of all of my pest issues that I had in my home and outside. I am very pleased with his work. He explained all the issues he found and what was needed to fix them.

Updated to say that the initial response for treatment was prompt and efficient. The inspection that they were supposed to do last week-they didn't check all the termite traps. I would say they check a third of them. How do i know, well there was dirt/grass still covering 2/3 of them and if they would have checked them then the grass/dirt would have been moved-it wasn't. I called to request another inspection and was told by the phone rep to request they check all the traps. So, if you want them to check ALL the traps-be sure to tell them and don't just assume they will check them all.
