We signed up for the exclusion service and have been profoundly disappointed with the service agent who was assigned to us. He clearly did not have adequate training or knowledge to do the job that was assigned. I had to follow up every 2 weeks for about 5 months before finally someone else came to finish the job which the original tech couldn’t. I imagine other people could get perfectly fine service if they are assigned a different tech. But our experience was frustrating and one which will lead to us not renewing any kind of future service with Terminix.
