The technician is awesome. Always very polite. When he arrives he asks if anything has changed from the last visit such as rodents or insects have appeared. I noticed him wiping the spider webs down from in front of the house. I thought that was great because I had been meaning to do it but it slept my mind. Luv you guys, keep up the good work.

I’ve been a Terminix customer for about 4 years now and Carlos has been our technician for about the past 3 years, it’s been a great experience. I appreciate the heads up calls and texts received when he has an appointment to service the property. The ant trails are no longer outside, no more ants running after sweet smells from the kitchen, those summer bugs that met me at the doors at night, gone, no worries ticks in the back yard for the dog and no mosquitoes flying around to ruin nights out in the backyard. I definitely have come to appreciate the Terminix service and the technicians. It’s worth the cost and I’m still here and will stay…⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
