Initially we used other company but we were not happy with the way things turned out. I filled an online application with Termix and was able to schedule inspection visit on the day and time it worked best for me…they work after 5pm! I met Justin Sachs the Terminix Inspector. Drastic difference between what we experienced with the other company. This time it was a REAL inspection! Justin checked every corner of our property including both sheds. Termix’ first level of house protections are stations, not wooden sticks, and we had them installed in two days by Gussie! Clear communication, smooth and fast coordination, perfect service!

Andy is an absolute professional! He has serviced my home since 2020 when we first purchased it. He came highly recommended by my sister in law when she was going through issues with bugs and needed regular treatments. We are on a schedule now. After every service, he gives me a rundown of what he has done, what he has found, the progress and any changes he makes to see if the rodents will stay away. After every service, makes sure he gives me an opportunity to ask any questions or voice any concerns and tells me to call if there are any emergencies. Happy to say my home is doing so much better!
