I don't have issues at my house a few years ago I found some nasty bugs in my yard, freaked out and called them and those bugs were only there a night or maybe two after I got back from work but they left on their own. However I used the service anyway. I signed up again just as a precaution this time. The quarterly service will give piece of mind if nothing else. They inspected the property and found no reason for concern. Every other year or so I like to have the place treated just in case and if they see something I don't they will let me know.

I will never recommend this company to anyone. We hired them to handle a pest issue and they came in and was gone 3 minutes later. The issue was still there. They came in a second time and left again after 3 minutes. They lie about what services they offer. I will never use them again for pest services.

Terminix is a great company. My double wide trailer home was treated by Terminix to eradicate ants, and I must say that the treatment was quick and effective because the ants were 99% gone. I asked for another treatment for ants (because there were still just a few ants). After the second treatment they were completely gone. And the customer service lady called to let me know that follow-up treatments for the remaining of the year will be free. Thank you Terminix!

Well I have heard so many great things about Terminex. We are having a horrible problem in our home with carpet beetles. I have called since the 16th trying to get someone from Reno preferably a manager to call me back. When making an appointment for the 21st, I wasn't told that was only a "request ". So when you take time off of work and no one shows up it is very inconvenient to say the least. Then we were told they changed the appointment to the 31st. We didn't get an email or a call to even let us know of this change. Thus leaving us even longer in the current nightmare we are going through in our home. Called to speak with a manager again with questions...no call back still 7/25/24 Why would you treat customers like this?? Especially after reading in the notes what is happening to us regarding these insects! I just want to talk with someone that is actually in the Reno Nv. Facility so I can ask questions regarding the appointment.

I’m living in a terrible apartment complex in Cypress TX who has worked with several different pest control companies for the complex. Víctor Serranato has stepped in and has taken control of the complex in a short amount of time. The first day in my unit he moved the appliances and found the source of the issue, a big gap in the wall where the roaches were coming from. No other company has done this, they simply treated the area but never found the source! I am so happy with his services, Victor is efficient at his job and very knowledgeable! I will be recommending him to everyone I know.
