Terminix — for the SECOND time, your technician left our gate open after service, and our dog got out. The first time, all three of our Rottweilers got loose. This time, thankfully, it was only one — but that doesn’t make it okay. And this time? There was no effort at all to secure the gate. It was left wide open. We have cameras, and the entire incident was recorded. We have clear signage on every gate and entrance stating that we have Rottweilers on the property — there is absolutely no excuse for this. We have THREE Rottweilers. This is not a small mistake. This is a serious safety issue. We are extremely fortunate that we’ve invested time and money into training, because she didn’t go anywhere. But let’s be very clear: 👉 The dog that got out this time is NOT dog friendly 👉 There are people walking their dogs in our neighborhood constantly 👉 There is even another Rottweiler nearby that is also not dog friendly This could have ended VERY differently. My husband wanted to give you a third chance. After thinking about it, I absolutely do NOT. You don’t get a third chance when it comes to the safety of our dogs, our neighbors, or anyone else. This is completely unacceptable and negligent. We trusted you to service our property — not to create a dangerous situation. You lost our trust. You have lost our business — not only at our home, but at our other properties as well. We will NEVER recommend you to anyone.

James Lewis has been our guy for years now. He is diligent and is good at communication. He resolved issues with ants, mice, moles, and yellow jackets. With the ants, he altered his standard practice to account for our wrap-around porch.
