I am not sure how long Deshon has been "our guy" but he has always been great -- very thorough, answers all my questions, has taken care of our problems with stinging insects over the years (and they have not come back).... He also is always very nice. Customer service is also really helpful.

Luis was on time, as always. Had the courtesy of texting me a few days prior to confirm the day/time he was coming which I really appreciate. He was very thoughtful of the fact I have feral cats hanging around and made sure he didn’t spray pesticide near their shelters. He is a very pleasant person!
