Going on At least three weeks trying to take care of a beehive they have been unable to resolve the problem and now a no show for today’s appointment. When you call customer service you get the same answers, The technician is not answering his phone The branch manager doesn’t answer his emails and would you like to reschedule. You should stay away from Terminix

Is the was 0 start trust me i wil definitely give you the 0. I call 7/11 to start my contract for pest control and also outside for mosquitos. Payment was taken from mu account same day. My appointment was gor 7/13 @1:00pm at 5 almost 6pm no one show so i call and got informed my appointment was move to 7/16 between 9-12 where i did not receive any email or call informing me with the changes. 7/16 at 12:47 i call again because now one shows (one more time no call or email.) Person in-charge to go to my house didn’t answer phone i ask to speak with a manager they inform me that will take up to 2 days for someone to contact me Almost 2 hours later the guy call me saying he was in a meeting but he will be home in 30 min. Fine i need the service but was still expecting call from manager. Today 7/19 manager haven’t call and i still have pest problem in my house. Thanks for wasting my time my money on you

Don't do business with them. You'd be lured into a so-called 1-year contract, but it's like Hotel California...you can check out but you can't leave. I really tried to follow their rules... before the end of the year, to prevent automatic renewal you must give them "at least 30 days notice," which I tried to do by both phone and texting, but it was a no go. Total frustration.
