The service provided was good Tech explained each step throughout the entire visit. I still see a few roaches even though it was a flush and vaccum process. The sticky bait is working as well. Hopefully on my next schedule these pesky roaches will be out my home.

The technicians I’ve worked with are friendly, respectful, reliable, and willing to offer advice. The scheduling department or process is where I have found my issues with Terminix but I do believe the customer service is better than other companies or private contractors.

Horrible service, you pay they don’t show up they cancel your appointments without notice. Have been attempting to get the technician to come for months being charged for no show service. Pest issues running out of control. Multiple calls to their line promises of call backs co one ever calls back I’ve spent thousands on pest control inside and out and they never come. I’ve called multiple times promised a call back from the branch manager and nothing, technician to call on arrival nothing, this company cancels your appointment if you are trying to get a sooner appointment then pushes you to the back of the line , they don’t communicate at all unless it’s to get money from you

Terminix has just e-mailed me a request for a review. This is the comment I just sent in response. Remember, Terminix, you asked for it. Technician arrived on time for scheduled visit and treated areas we wanted. The reason I'm not giving a higher rating is that I've had plenty of difficulties in the past getting Terminix to schedule additional appointments in midsummer when we get infestations of ants. There's no way to reach the local office, and no one at the central switchboard will give us a commitment. They just promise they'll "send it to the local office and they'll call you back within 48 hours." No one ever calls back, and this runaround continues for two or three weeks while we spend money out of pocket on swatters, traps, and insecticides. I emphasize that the technicians are all great and do their jobs well. It's the scheduling system that stinks to high heaven. Maybe someone at Terminix has finally gotten smart, or conscientious, enough to change the way this works. Or maybe when I need extra service this summer, I'll go through the same hassles and expense. Ask me again for a score after that.

I'm changing my rating. Things started off ok, but then the reality of the services they provide came to light. Heads up, this is a long review. Everything I'm writing was reported to the central office and I was supposed to hear from a regional manager. I'm still waiting for that call. The only thing they do when they come to you're home for regular pest service (every 3 months) is spray around and put few new traps in the basement and outside. No actual inspection. The rodent exemption package (cause rodent control is a separate charge) is also laughable. For the first visit, they find access points and put steel wool and foam insulation. They also put mouse traps. I could have done that myself. Subsequent visits (every 3 months) they check the traps. I had a horrible experience for their most recent service visits. They scheduled two separate guys to do routine visits, when what I called for 2 weeks earlier (they had nothing sooner) was someone to find the source of scratching in the ceiling of my bedroom on the second floor. The rodent guy called the day before and we rescheduled for that weekend since no one would be home the next day. (Error on my part.) I didn't realize there was a second guy scheduled for pest service. No one was home the morning pest service came, but I got an email saying the service was completed and a report. I called the central office and the rodent guy was still scheduled for the afternoon! I managed to get someone home to meet the rodent guy, but no one showed. But, I got a report saying the service was done. After two calls of complaints, I was scheduled for someone to come out to address my original problem, whatever was scratching in my ceiling. The day before, someone called to confirm for pest service! When I explained I didn't need that, he said he could come out for rodent service. I explained, for the billionth time, my ceiling problem and was told it sounds like a squirrel, they don't handle wildlife. I cancelled the appt, what's the use? After that, I reached out to the call center to cancel my plan, except termite service. They didn't even ask me why to troubleshoot. FYI: Their site says they do handle wildlife, including squirrel removal. Now I'll sit back and wait for them to respond to this to tell me what I did wrong, because they OBVIOUSLY did everything right on their end. (sarcasm)
