**EDIT** I would like to mention the technicians were professional, well mannered and did their best to answer my questions. Unfortunately, the service agreement document emailed to me was very unclear as to whether PestFree365 and Rodent Exclusion would take care of the immediate rodent / odor issue. I got charged $1,200 for someone to come out and seal openings and lay traps to prevent more rodents which is great. However, I was expecting the actual dead rodents to be removed from my attic that was identified from the initial inspection. The second person who came out a week later claimed he did not see any rodents (supposedly trapped in the insulation??). I’m quite frustrated that I got charged so much and the immediate issue (removal of rodents, cleaning of odor in attic) was not addressed.

My technician Don Tomon is great always sends me a text prior to the day he's coming and when he does come the next day he's punctual and very thorough with his inspection and provides detailed information on treatment and potential issues.

I was told they would come and finish my service until the problem was taken care of. After the first treatment on my service report it said I was not scheduled for a follow up appointment, as the issue was resolved. I called to ask if I could put my things back where they belong and I was told no I need at least one to two more treatments, so I had to make them schedule me since it wasn’t already done. Thank God I didn’t take matter into my own hands and just put my things back. Then, the day of my second treatment I call to get some info and it was rescheduled after I had already made arrangements for the day, as I have two young children & two dogs to make arrangements for. No notice that it was rescheduled, no call, text, nothing. For as much as I’m paying for this service I wish you guys would just do better. One last thing, I called last week with a question, the receptionist did not have an answer for me but assured me that one of the technicians would call me to answer my question… it was never addressed. I never received a call.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! You will be paying over $1000 without any services done. DO NOT USE TERMINIX. I would highly advise not to use Terminix, thee customer service is so bad and even the branch manger is even worse and I understand why they employees are not helpful. In my contract it says I had 3 business days to cancel the plan I called Terminix multiple time within the 3 days to cancel the exclusion plan and the loan. Would you believe Terminix canceled the exclusion plan but did not cancel the loan. I have even go as far as driving to Middleburg heights to speak the branch manager. He said he will call me and he never did. I have written and left voicemails and he never responded. I wrote terminix cares complaint department I have yet to hear anything and it has been 2 month going back and forth. Every month I am charged $64 buy Terminix for no services at all. I am being exploited by Terminix for no reason, I have called multiple time for them to reverse my plan since I am paying at least I would like to be able to get services form Terminix, but I never heard from them. The issue in my house was never resolved. LONG STORY SHORT TERMINIX IS A SCAM PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH THEM.

Service tech (Tom) is great. Tick control has been dramatic and after second application dogs and us humans have been tick free. We live surrounded by woods and the mice and ticks are under control. Services: Home inspection , Rodent extermination , Termite inspection , Spider extermination , General pest inspection , Bug & insect extermination , Ant extermination
