Excellent service! Very thorough and our technician was very nice and explained findings and what was done and why on our termite inspection/treatment. Replaced broken stations also and added a couple more. Answered all my questions. Very positive experience. Highly recommend. Thank you!

We had Scott Daley out to perform our termite bait stations yearly service. He was very courteous and did an outstanding job! He was very knowledgeable and even replaced a couple of stations that were infested with ants. He took the time to go over what he was going to do and asked if I had questions. He was able to answer all of my concerns then really took pride in doing his work and clean up afterwards. He is truly a wonderful asset and quality employee. I felt lucky to have him do our work! I would appreciate Terminix expressing our appreciation to him for a job well done!

The whole reason I gave you a high rating is because of our Service Technician, Scott Hutzell. He's such a nice guy, always friendly, texts the night before he comes, lets me know what he does and about anything he finds. I'm very comfortable with him and feel good about allowing him to be around our home even if we aren't here. You should definitely give him a raise :)

Terminix rep was friendly and very helpful. Was glad to see the state-of-the-art electronic bait detector that he said was recently introduced. It makes me believe that he was able to be more thorough in finding all my bait traps and getting them refilled for the next year.
