I didn’t expect it to be this good 🤣 Alejandro was my technician he was very polite and very easy to talk to he has great communication skills. From begging to end he did an amazing job from being there on time to the actual service it self it was amazing. My daughter kept complaining about the ants and Terminix took care of all of it! They work very efficiently and professionally. When it comes to pest control they outmatch anybody else their work is amazing and would recommend it to everybody

Think twice before using this service. Not professional at all. I had questions as to whether my services were being done because I wasn’t home a lot of times when they showed up. They had a reply about taking pictures when they were there. Ok, whatever….. don’t feel like arguing. Then, after a year, I cancelled my service. After informing them they said that they would be out to collect the bait stations from the termite monitoring. Cool. That’s originally why I signed up. Termite inspection/evaluation. A few days later while out in my yard I looked down and noticed that a bait station was still in the ground. Upon further inspection ALL OF THEM WERE STILL THERE! I called and said “hey you guys left the stations in my yard”. His response was, “ no that’s how we operate”. “Because if we removed the remaining equipment it would leave a hole in the yard that we would be responsible for filling and we don’t have enough room in the truck to carry dirt around”. Incredulous. Couldn’t believe it. So, I the customer, am responsible for removing their equipment, filling the holes, and for discarding THEIR equipment. THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS COME TO THESE DAYS. I would look elsewhere for pest control. During my service on of those stations was destroyed doing dirt work. It took several calls and a month or two, maybe more, for them to come out and replace them. Which they still did not complete. It just became too much. Not in a hurry to complete the promised services but don’t be late on a payment, for they will ring your phone off the wall. I long for the good ol’ days of customer service. I took pictures of 4. I spent several hundreds of dollars to have a bait stations installed at my property back in 2023 well 2024 rolls around and supposedly a technician came out and checked stations and I was not notified. Nor was i given a report phone call nothing. I've reached out to the terminix termite division several times and mass confusion, I finally got ahold of someone to come back out and they no called no show. Then finally someone showed up and said in order to start your service again we are going to have to dig up your stations and reinstall again. Which makes no sense because there is still bait in all the stations. Then he said ok I'll my manager call you and I've still have not received a call. What's going on with this company. (Andrew) with terminix where did you go? I'm actively wanting service why is this so difficult?

Got service once in October of last year. Guy tells me that he'll be back in weeks. A month goes by so I call and schedule. He comes back, sprays for 12 seconds and says he'll be back in two weeks. No call no show for 3 months, meanwhile they charged me every month. When he comes back out he has an attitude and says he can't spray today. Awful predatory company with terrible employees and business practice.

The whole experience was smooth. I liked the ease for scheduling my appointment, the tech was early but he did call and ask first, the tech was very friendly and knowledgeable, the tech went above and beyond to make sure my home was sprayed heavily inside and out, plus I even received a $50 credit! I highly recommend Terminex for all of your pest control needs.

I called Terminix for roaches, a problem I had been fighting alone for months thinking I could handle it! It got worse. I called Terminix, they gave me a price of 215$ for 2 initial treatments a week apart and any other seeings after afterwards they will come retreat. The 1st treatment I noticed a decrease. Not completely gone but decrease. Since the second treatment I have seen 1 that was dead. I’m still waiting to see one. But as of yet nothing. It’s been 4 days since my last treatment. I cooked in my kitchen for the 1st time in 4 weeks. And it felt so great. From the customer service person to each tech . I was treated well. And the bugs are leaving! So that makes me smile inside! Thank You for helping me!

Sold me on a problem I did not have. Unfortunately, I am unable to tell this as I am not an exterminator. I trusted what the professional exterminator was telling me. When the men went up in the attic to start the work nothing the salesman told me was true. There were no tunnels of mice activity not signs of activity whatsoever. I did not have a mouse problem. Terminex falsely and fraudulently misrepresented themselves to get the sale. Nothing they said was going to happen happened. They did not suck out the existing insulation, they did not clean a sweep out every nook and cranny, they did not make the attic look like a brand new attic like they said they would. They did not lay down plastic to protect surfaces. They broke the light in the closet and broke the entrance to the attic in the closet. Now there is a gapping hole. I have called and spoke with managers who just defend their salesman saying "he shouldn't have told you that". He shouldn't have but he did, again falsely misrepresenting himself and Terminex. This was not an inexpensive ordeal. Buyer beware! they will lie to you to get the sale made. I have tried calling a manager on their team and asked for a treturn call but as of yet they have not called me back. I was able to reach a branch manager, Chad Nigh who is trying to fix the repair work needed. originally told me it would be next week. I cannot put the closet back together until the repair work is done. How much more inconvenience does someone have to endure? Ridiculous. Never use this company! the follow through is terrible, the lies even worse.
