Had a fantastic experience with TERMINIX. My Wife and I were selling our home and it was found that we had some termite damage. Ben with TERMINIX was who we worked with. As you all know, home selling/buying can be stressful. Ben helped us navigate the problem and gave a speedy solution so the potential home buyer felt comfortable following through with the process. Thanks TERMINIX for the help and shout out to Ben for always being available to talk through the scheduling. It’s really appreciated.

So overall, I personally did not have a great experience with this particular company. The issue I had inside of my house we paid for the entire amount up front. In addition, they never let us know if there was a guarantee or not that the problem would be gotten rid of and instead after The time allotment was over even though the problem wasn't eradicated- they essentially just left us high and dry. Now one positive, was that they didn't in fact do one more additional treatment that they said was like a free service treatment, But they never came back to check or called or anything to see if the problem was done and over with and everyone was satisfied with the service. Now, not everything was bad I did like the technicians that they sent to my residence, they seem very knowledgeable and were nice and friendly. On the other hand, they were super quick and even though the appointment was supposed to be for an hour they would be done in 15-20 minutes and then what they would do is they would leave your residence and later on would say that they're finished. Again, I personally don't have a lot of experience with other companies for issues when it comes to things like this, so when that regard I don't truly know what great service is and what isn't in this field of operation. However, I can only speak for the amount of money that we paid which was roughly $2,000 and again speaking for myself I don't feel like my situation was addressed properly and I don't feel like it mattered if it was resolved or not to the company they just moved on. Therefore, in my personal opinion if you're looking for any service for any type of treatment I think the number one thing is to make sure there is some kind of an actual contractual guarantee that you are satisfied with the service that they are providing. I don't think I would ever recommend this company just because of my circumstances and now going through something and using this company's particular services and how I feel like I was just kind of left high and dry regardless if I was happy or not. I personally feel that instead of taking all of your money up front, they could have had me pay per service potentially so that if things weren't going well I could have been heard by the company better in my opinion. I know moving forward for me if I ever have issues with any particular company now I'm going to be skeptical of paying the total amount upfront. So in conclusion, I feel that if you're looking for a company for treatment services I think it's best to call them all and see who really does offer guarantees and maybe doesn't take all of your money right up front for the total service. Again that's just my opinion My advice but as My illustration within this post shows that I really didn't have a great experience with this company at all so again I don't see myself ever referring this company to anyone in particular.

This is going to be a long one. We saved up our money for MONTHS to be able to afford an exterminator to get rid of the bed bugs and cockroaches that we had. We did research, got half a dozen quotes from exterminators in the area. Terminix was the most expensive, but they offered a 6 month warranty period, where they would return every other week to respray. We decided to go with them, not only for the 6 months of return visits, but also because they assured us we could transfer services if we moved into a new house, and because we figured that you get what you pay for. NOT THE CASE with Terminix. We paid about $3200 for a 6 month contract. First, the technicians almost never show up when they are scheduled. I would consistently have techs show up outside of the hours that were scheduled, or most times they would just not show up at all. I would have to keep calling in and ask where they were. Customer service would always have the same answer, "I'll reach out to the tech and see where they are" or "I'll have to forward a request to the local branch and they will reach out to you" - I never heard from the local branch. After 3 months, we saw little to no difference in the bed bug or the cockroach situation. (I will say that the technicians were kind and helpful, nothing wrong with them at all). I called and spoke to customer service so many times, telling them that we needed stronger treatments and need the technicians to actually arrive when scheduled. I told them that if I didn't see any improvements, I wanted a pro-rated cancellation or a refund of some kind, since I paid for the whole 6 month contract up front. They assured me that they would put a note on my account for the techs to be more thorough. After another month (4 months since contract start, 2 months left), we still saw no changes in the pest situation. We decided to move. We threw everything away and started all over in a brand new home. I called Terminix to request a transfer, and this is when they decided to tell me that they don't transfer bed bug services. I told them I wanted a refund or at least a pro rated refund, proportionate to the amount of time left in the contract. They said no, they don't offer that. Here's what they did offer: an inspector came out to the new house and quoted us another $1600 for a brand new contract. Why would I want to pay more money for a service that never worked in the first place? They did transfer the general pest service (for cockroaches and other general pests) but I've had 2 scheduled appointments since we moved in to the new house, AND NO ONE HAS EVER SHOWED UP. I keep calling in to ask why, and they tell me "I'm sorry no one showed up, I'll send an email to the local office and someone will reach out to you." (I have been having to take off work early to get home in order to meet the technician, as they only have MON-FRI 8AM-5PM appointments) A week later, the branch manager finally called me. 4.5 months in to my contract. He says they can send a technician out on Saturdays (that was never an option before). I told him I was extremely dissatisfied with the service as a whole, he told me that the only thing he could do was send an inspector out and quote me again. You're joking, right? TLDR; This is a warning to anyone thinking about using Terminix for anything at all. DON'T. I wasted a whole $3200 that took me months to save. Don't make the same mistake that I did.

I recommend nobody ever use this company. They do not get rid of bed bugs. The reps that come out at first will lie to you. Between what the technician that came to my house, the representative that I originally talked to, and the branch manager that I talked to when I tried to back out. I got completely different and conflicting statements about whether or not they heat treat, when and how repeat visits are done. It was all very confusing and cost me more money than I had. I’ve only had one treatment and after learning all this, I wanted to back out and get some of my money back but apparently one treatment cost $1500. And I still have bed bugs. Not only are they a waste of time and money, but they will ruin your credit as well if you’re already broke and have to have them finance you.

Great job replacing mouse traps, spraying in attic, inside garage, and around the house inside and out. Explained everything that was done & to call if any problems occur in between treatments for free spray when needed. I’ve been a customer 20+ years and highly recommend.

Nicolas D. became our new technician a few months ago. He has been fantastic!! He communicates about his scheduled arrival and is very friendly each time. Even rescheduled when we needed to. He does such a thorough job and addresses any problems we have (such as spraying for ants). We hope to continue using him as long as possible. He’s a very nice guy!

I didn’t expect it to be this good 🤣 Alejandro was my technician he was very polite and very easy to talk to he has great communication skills. From begging to end he did an amazing job from being there on time to the actual service it self it was amazing. My daughter kept complaining about the ants and Terminix took care of all of it! They work very efficiently and professionally. When it comes to pest control they outmatch anybody else their work is amazing and would recommend it to everybody

Think twice before using this service. Not professional at all. I had questions as to whether my services were being done because I wasn’t home a lot of times when they showed up. They had a reply about taking pictures when they were there. Ok, whatever….. don’t feel like arguing. Then, after a year, I cancelled my service. After informing them they said that they would be out to collect the bait stations from the termite monitoring. Cool. That’s originally why I signed up. Termite inspection/evaluation. A few days later while out in my yard I looked down and noticed that a bait station was still in the ground. Upon further inspection ALL OF THEM WERE STILL THERE! I called and said “hey you guys left the stations in my yard”. His response was, “ no that’s how we operate”. “Because if we removed the remaining equipment it would leave a hole in the yard that we would be responsible for filling and we don’t have enough room in the truck to carry dirt around”. Incredulous. Couldn’t believe it. So, I the customer, am responsible for removing their equipment, filling the holes, and for discarding THEIR equipment. THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS COME TO THESE DAYS. I would look elsewhere for pest control. During my service on of those stations was destroyed doing dirt work. It took several calls and a month or two, maybe more, for them to come out and replace them. Which they still did not complete. It just became too much. Not in a hurry to complete the promised services but don’t be late on a payment, for they will ring your phone off the wall. I long for the good ol’ days of customer service. I took pictures of 4.
