By far the worst customer service of any company that I have ever dealt with. They fail to show up when they are supposed to, they fail to complete the service that is paid for, the communication is terrible. I had issues that got elevated to a manager. He helped for the next time. The next two times that I have had an issue, he has completely ghosted me. If a manager won't help you, what is there to do? I am cancelling the service.

I've had mixed experience with Terminix in the past, but here to leave a review for Won who came to the property yesterday and was so thorough and helpful during the initial visit!! He was very patient as we expressed our concerns and helped us find a package that makes most sense for us. He even suggested some more pest issues we may need to address later and was very understanding. I was very hesitant to work with Terminix again because of my past experiences - but thanks to Won I will be using the services again!

I felt the need to share the experience we had with Judy from Terminix. Judy always goes above and beyond with her customer service. Judy is extremely knowledgeable about the insect trends, thorough during treatments, and always meets our needs. In addition to the treatment during on site service, Judy always makes herself available to answer questions that pop up in between visits. Judy’s customer service is second to none and we are so happy with the service she provides.
