I've had mixed experience with Terminix in the past, but here to leave a review for Won who came to the property yesterday and was so thorough and helpful during the initial visit!! He was very patient as we expressed our concerns and helped us find a package that makes most sense for us. He even suggested some more pest issues we may need to address later and was very understanding. I was very hesitant to work with Terminix again because of my past experiences - but thanks to Won I will be using the services again!

Judy is extremely knowledgeable about the insect trends, thorough during treatments, and always meets our needs. In addition to the treatment during on site service, Judy always makes herself available to answer questions that pop up in between visits. Judy’s customer service is second to none and we are so happy with the service she provides.

We hired Terminix to remove squirrels stuck in our ceiling in July 2024. After several failed attempts of sealing the holes due to lack of correct equipment (a ladder) or not knowing where to look to find the entry point, we were told they would have to once again come back. That was months ago. Two missed appointments later, we are still waiting, and the squirrels are still in our ceiling. We have called numerous times and are told by customer service that someone from the branch will be reaching out. They never do. We have filed complaints on the website and have not been contacted. They no-show appointments and will not contact their customers who have active contracts. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

First off, Michael J was awesome! He was very friendly and put us at ease by explaining the process and giving us tips to keep the pests away. The chemicals are odorless and didn't bother our cat or dog at all. The overall experience was great and we'll definitely be keeping up with treatments and requesting Michael monthly. Thanks Terminix!
