Horrible service. Very nice salesman but the rest of the experience was nothing but awful. The project was supposed to take two days and was a 6 week headache of chasing people around trying to get them to do their jobs. Making me feel like I’m the “bother.” I’m still not sure it was done correctly (I’m not the expert) but I can’t chase people around anymore. We will be bringing a second company in to inspect their work and do quarterly checks for rodents. Please spare yourself and choose a different company.

These guys are very unprofessional. Zack finishes a job near by and decided to show up unannounced, trespass on my property without my knowledge or permission. Then have the audacity to miss quote me telling me "yea, I see it. I bumped it up to my manager and he says we can do that but it's gunna cost $399 because of how high it is." All while this numb nutz a so called "professional" if they had any eyes they'd see that it was a dead nest with no activity, been dead for 2-3 years XD I left it up there because bees are territorial and won't build nest near another nest. Uneducated and very unprofessional

I have had Terminix for almost a year and I’m not convinced the product works. I’ve had live termites, and larva, in my home the entirety of my service with Terminix. I’ve tried scheduling appointments through the consultant as well as customer service; four times the technician was a no call no show. I’ve submitted a formal complaint with the call center. No response. Consultant said the issue was escalated to their manager. No response. I’ve taken off work for my appointments and the technicians were a no call no show 4 times (customer service tried to reach them). No response. Terrible communication within the company. I’ve had to keep reaching out, and taking time off work, just to get any progress (if you count still having live termites as progress). They send pest control when it should be termite and visa versa. When they actually show up they lie on the service documents. For example, 5/15/2024, they were here 3 min, said there was no termite activity, and said I was home, when all of that is completely inaccurate. I was not home, and they didn’t even fix the broken bait station which tells me they didn’t check anything. They didn’t show up at their scheduled time which is how I know I wasn’t here. I understand ants get in and the occasional mouse that I’ve had to kill myself because the pest control doesn’t work; however, live termites eating my house is unacceptable for a termite control company. If I wasn’t so close to my year mark with Terminix when my monthly bill lowers, I’d have switched pest/termite control months ago. I don’t know what else I can even do to get this company to live up to their contractual agreement.
