Gary Stephenson from Terminex came out to check the termite baits that he was unable to access on an earlier appointment. There had been a lot of overgrowth before which made the traps inaccessible (I was so far behind on my landscaping upkeep!) As soon as my son came to help me clear the dense bushes, Gary came again and even installed a fresh trap in an area where he thought it necessary. He also checked the crawlspace and pointed out a few small issues that didn’t need addressing immediately but recommended I keep an eye on it and plan for a future fix if necessary. I appreciate the heads up as it helps with my budgeting. Overall, Gary was thorough, informative, professional and polite and a good representative of Terminex service. I highly recommend.

The BEST experience I’ve had at 71 years of age!! Jarrod was the most personable, knowledgeable young man the company should be proud to have, he deserves a raise. Every person who came to our home were kind, thoughtful, and worked very hard. I would be a spokesperson for this company. We also needed an electrician to hook up our dehumidifier under the home, this young man reminded me of Jarrod. Best experience ever.

Gary was very professional in his conversation with me and very thorough in his work. I appreciate him replacing my termite traps in my backyard that had been taken because of some remodeling in my backyard. He replaced them today with a smile and did a really good job then he walked me through the yard and showed you where he put the new traps. That was appreciated. He did a good job today and I appreciate the service.

Branch manager has continuously ghosted me and put on an act. Completely botched crawlspace that is costing me in my home sale. Besides the 20k+ price tag to redo, there is now mold. Wonder if they even treated like they said. 4 separate companies and inspectors have said the job was never done right with some pretty damning pictures. Every single contract they missed stuff. Made fake, on paper, visits. Manager has also tried to gaslight that it's because I left their service. It would've been seen in inspection. Reality is, their own inspection, with pictures, showed there was standing water and missing areas, but they did nothing. Reality is they never scheduled my owed service appointments anyways. Move dryer vent outlet to improve resistance to critters, not done. Properly sealing all vents, not done. Digging trench to sump pump, not done. Never use their service if you know what's good for you.
