I made an appointment because I have an armadillo tearing up my yard. They came out, inspected, put a hold on my card, and told me someone would be back to set up a trap to catch/relocate. Everything was fine. Then hours later I get a text message that they don't do armadillo removal. Why didn’t they tell me that when I made they appointment or when they were out here or when they put a $400 hold on my card? And on top of that, no recommendations on who can actually assist with the armadillo, and another day is now wasted with the yard getting worse.

Called many times to schedule the extra service appointment since I still get a lot of roaches around my place. Never come :)) . They usually come quarterly but when I contact and say hey.. I still have roaches everywhere please come and spray it more carefully? Never see them come even though the appointment is scheduled. Haizz

He identified a few issues that needed attention, and the Terminix team returned within two days to complete the work. Everything was handled efficiently and with great care. NO help whatsoever on the rat problem. We ended up setting traps and caught more rats thanTermix- they were zero. Now we have ended up with a nearly 3,000 repair for car damage. Chrystal was the only one that was of help-tho I complained to others. Then Nick charged me for installing a doorbell, which he never did- and I have not been able to get hold of him!! Am I mad? You bet!!!
