NO help whatsoever on the rat problem. We ended up setting traps and caught more rats thanTermix- they were zero. Now we have ended up with a nearly 3,000 repair for car damage. Chrystal was the only one that was of help-tho I complained to others. Then Nick charged me for installing a doorbell, which he never did- and I have not been able to get hold of him!! Am I mad? You bet!!!
