My husband I have spent two months and countless hours calling and talking to numerous individuals with this company. We repeatedly have been scheduled and billed for services we didn't request. They illegally billed our account for approximately 500.00 17 days ago and we continue to be told by Mark (the local owner/manager) that he is "looking into it" and that a refund will be posted, only to call days later and be told the exact same thing. These people are 100% crooked! My advice - run and don't look back!

Would highly recommend Terminix for termite protection.Like any service company it comes down to the technician that does the work and the one I’ve had the past few years has been great. He takes pride in his work. I’ve been here each time watching him complete his service and he is very methodical and organized.

Terminex applied some chemical on my lawn and three days later there were large patches of dead grass. I contacted Justin at Terminex and he denies responsibilty for killing my grass and refuses to do anything about it. Just said "we didn't kill your grass". Great customer service. I have cancelled their services for both of our properties.

Our tech Dontavious NEVER shows up. We get a text that says he will be here at a certain time and date and then never shows up. I have to call back every time to try and get someone out. This is like the 4th time I have had to call to get someone to come out for a service that I am paying for. Insane even requested to get another tech assigned to me to no avail. Looks like I’ll be getting another company… this is just ridiculous.
