We pay about 120 every 3 months for bug protection on the inside and outside of the home and its been worth every penny. Great customer service and have never had an issue with them in the over 5 years we have used them.

What an awful experience I received from this branch! It was lies after lies after lies. Couldn't get a call back no matter how many times I called the 800 number, couldn't get anyone that knew anything about bugs ever, Matt was the only 1 who even attempted to find out the kind of bugs we found. So I requested him to be the only 1 to come out and that was too hard for them to accommodate as well so I canceled my very poor service after only 3 months.

They are absolutely horrible at communicating. We got services for termite and pest treatment. They charged us twice for EVERYTHING. When I reached out to corporate they said it was the local offices fault and I needed to reach out to them. I drove to the local office (which is permanently closed. So u can’t see anyone in person) I called the manager who didn’t answer, left a voicemail and he didn’t return the call. Had to text him multiple times. He finally called back and seemed nice, said he was going to figure things out and give me a call back. He never called me back. Followed up with him 2 more times in text because he won’t answer the phone, never got an answer. And then we were charged another random amount again. DO NOT USE THEM!!

I surely didn't like the news he gave me but was happy that someone actually took the time to find out the problem! He only got 3 stars tho bc I have more than just bedbugs and he didn't know what any of the others were
