They are absolutely horrible at communicating. We got services for termite and pest treatment. They charged us twice for EVERYTHING. When I reached out to corporate they said it was the local offices fault and I needed to reach out to them. I drove to the local office (which is permanently closed. So u can’t see anyone in person) I called the manager who didn’t answer, left a voicemail and he didn’t return the call. Had to text him multiple times. He finally called back and seemed nice, said he was going to figure things out and give me a call back. He never called me back. Followed up with him 2 more times in text because he won’t answer the phone, never got an answer. And then we were charged another random amount again. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Rutilo was great. Out of 3 visits he is the only 1 who helped me look for the pests that have made my life a living hell! I surely didn't like the news he gave me but was happy that someone actually took the time to find out the problem! He only got 3 stars tho bc I have more than just bedbugs and he didn't know what any of the others were

Mike and Derrick are amazing these two technicians are always helpful and available. I could not ask for anyone better. Melvin has been outstanding. He is always ready to jump in, help, and find a solution or even take a call and answer a quick question. This team should all be acknowledged and rewarded!

I signed up for quarterly service and am charged monthly. They always send a text saying they will come out. Hardly do they show up. When I reach out to the technicians they do not respond. I then have to call corporate for them to track down someone locally. The manager gave me his number to call him. I called him 2 days ago and he still has not called me back. This has been going on for months. Very poor customer service.

I have been trying to get service for over a week, each time I call customer service tells me someone will be calling me in 24 to 48 hours. It has been over 100 hours and I have not received a call for service from the local branch manager that service the Kilgore Texas area. Terminex has really grown to be an unreliable company. It is too many pest services for a consumer to accept this unreliable company work ethic.

Our service tech, Kerry is very efficient & thorough with his inspections & spraying. He is also very knowledgeable & answers our questions to our satisfaction. We are always notified prior to his arrival & get a detailed report when he leaves. Our termite guy, Michael is very nice & knowledgeable as well. He just came back for our first yearly inspection & changed out two termite baits. We were notified prior to his arrival also. Thank you for your service!

It is January 29, 2025. This situation is still not resolved. I keep getting promise after promise that my mom with be reimbursed. I have spoken to Curtis multiple times and he keeps promising me the paper work has been submitted. When I call the call center they state paperwork has not been submitted. At the moment Terminix owes my mom about $800. Plus she is still getting bills. Terminix, at this moment, all I can say is from my perspective and what I am being told, I am being lied to. I have called the company at least twice a month giving you time to work out the problem. This is AWFUL you would take advantage and money from an 86 year old woman on a fixed income. Terminix totally took advantage of my 85 year old mom in the Longview office by talking her into their expensive termite protection instead of her letting keep her old plan she started over 20 years ago. I am hoping that by writing a review someone will take care of the situation. I called the main number numerous times and spent more than an hour each time explaining the same situation. I have called almost every Thursday. Each time I call the representatives state that they will take care of it. Terminix representatives that answer the phone contacted someone at the regional office that takes care of the Longview Texas store and the regional office said they would cancel my mom’s contract because she could not afford the 1400 contract the sales representative talked her into purchasing. Again she is 85 and on social security. Still to this day it has not been cancelled. The regional person keeps stating he will take care of it but NO. Nothing. Then today Terminix charged her credit card again! As stated earlier she is on social security and can not afford it. My mom is sick to her stomach and has cried many times over the situation. Terminix keeps lying to me saying the situation will get handled and they will email me. Again silence. They continue to scam my mom out of money. Terminix will you please take care of the situation and keep your word and cancel the contract and return her money?
