What an awful experience I received from this branch! It was lies after lies after lies. Couldn't get a call back no matter how many times I called the 800 number, couldn't get anyone that knew anything about bugs ever, Matt was the only 1 who even attempted to find out the kind of bugs we found. So I requested him to be the only 1 to come out and that was too hard for them to accommodate as well so I canceled my very poor service after only 3 months.

I have a yearly termite bait service. They were serviced today by Rutilo. He is a very fine young man. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and just knows his stuff. I would him to be the technician always.

They are absolutely horrible at communicating. We got services for termite and pest treatment. They charged us twice for EVERYTHING. When I reached out to corporate they said it was the local offices fault and I needed to reach out to them. I drove to the local office (which is permanently closed. So u can’t see anyone in person) I called the manager who didn’t answer, left a voicemail and he didn’t return the call. Had to text him multiple times. He finally called back and seemed nice, said he was going to figure things out and give me a call back. He never called me back. Followed up with him 2 more times in text because he won’t answer the phone, never got an answer. And then we were charged another random amount again. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Rutilo was great. Out of 3 visits he is the only 1 who helped me look for the pests that have made my life a living hell! I surely didn't like the news he gave me but was happy that someone actually took the time to find out the problem! He only got 3 stars tho bc I have more than just bedbugs and he didn't know what any of the others were

AMAZING!! Rutilo Candelero was excellent. Very knowledgeable and explained to me every step he was doing and what I could expect in the next few weeks. He was very thorough with his inspection and treatment. I had several calls to check on my service and I am very pleased.

Mike and Derrick are amazing these two technicians are always helpful and available. I could not ask for anyone better. Melvin has been outstanding. He is always ready to jump in, help, and find a solution or even take a call and answer a quick question. This team should all be acknowledged and rewarded!

I signed up for quarterly service and am charged monthly. They always send a text saying they will come out. Hardly do they show up. When I reach out to the technicians they do not respond. I then have to call corporate for them to track down someone locally. The manager gave me his number to call him. I called him 2 days ago and he still has not called me back. This has been going on for months. Very poor customer service.

I have been trying to get service for over a week, each time I call customer service tells me someone will be calling me in 24 to 48 hours. It has been over 100 hours and I have not received a call for service from the local branch manager that service the Kilgore Texas area. Terminex has really grown to be an unreliable company. It is too many pest services for a consumer to accept this unreliable company work ethic.
