Jared has been our Terminix tech for years now, and we have always been happy with our service. He is professional and friendly. He asks what, if any, issues we have had so he can make sure to address them and he walks the property to see if there are any issues we may not be aware of that need to be taken care of. There have been some times that a problem pops up in between our scheduled treatments, and Jared comes back with a positive attitude to re-treat. We appreciate his attention to his job, his knowledge and experience, and his reassuring manner.

Prior to every treatment he reviews the whole property, even knocking down wasp nests… Comprehensive treatment and even leaves follow up notes on what he observed and what we may need to watch out for. He communicates when he is on his way, when he arrives & when he is complete. Overall excellent service!
