Jerry is always friendly, professional and gets his job done quickly. He always remembers that my chickens are free range and that my dogs need to be put away before he starts spraying, I'm sure the last one is for self preservation. He knows what chemicals he should and shouldn't use around here to keep my animals safe. I'll talk his ear off if he let's me but he's learned how to nicely say he's gotta go so I don't get my feelings hurt which doesn't sound like a big deal but it is too me.

Paid 250 dollars for 2 treatments still have bugs the window was closed paid for a cleaning crew to come in and clean up the white powder that was left all over the location, still have bugs. Don’t waste your money with this company you call the 1800 number they don’t care all they want to do is send you back to sales

It is really hard to find reliable service and people who will talk with you straight these days. I called Terminix because I wanted professionalism, and results; I could not be much happier with out experience. We had some general confusion at the onset (which was really my own fault for not being educated about the process) but they worked with me to make sure we all knew and agreed upon what our expectations were. I had a lot of questions, they've answered every one, and they continue to follow up to ensure we are satisfied. We will continue to use Terminix to solve all of our current and future pest extermination needs.

I have used Terminix in Palestine Texas since 2016. Thought I was getting good service until I found out they never de webbed, which is part of the contract. Tech came out the other day, Jared was courteous and for the first time dewebbed my home, great guy, should be training other techs. I tried to contact his manager Matthew S. Several times and he never returned calls. He did text me to say he was canceling my contract. I have always paid and am proud.to say I fired him. He was the rudest, whinniest.excuse.for a manager. If he worked.for me I would fire him. That's how Terminex thinks of your good pay history and patronage. AVOID, don't care about you, just your money

Alton introduced himself and explained exactly what he was doing. His personality was like being with family and my dog even liked Alton! This was my first experience with Terminix in TX, however, I was a Terminix customer in Michigan for at least 20 years before moving down here. Having someone like Alton allows me to trust things will be taken care of and done right. Thank you!
