Brandon Mac Moran came to our home and completed a thorough inspection and walked us through the process to eradicate the termites. Brandon was so helpful, kind, understanding, and professional. Our Terminex technician Jeff, is very good at his job as well as directly communicating with us. Since we have 2 dogs that are in our back yard. He makes sure that we are aware of his arrival and yard treatments. We are very happy with our service.

My Technician, Jeffery, is incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and most of all got rid of ants in the house. I have no problems dealing with the company as a whole but usually Jeffery takes care of everything. I truly believe he gives Terminix customers 5 star service.

John Cleary did our annual inspection today, and all is well! He's been our Terminix point man for years, and we trust him completely. He is prompt, friendly and thorough. When he finds an issue (like fungus growing out of an exterior beam), we take care of it. Terminix is here when we need them!

We definitely give Terminix 5 Stars. We have been with Terminix for over 10 years. All their technicians have been great. For over 6 years, John Cleary, has been our technician. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy polite, personable, kind and takes the time to answer all our questions and remembers our house and what it needs. He is very thorough with his inspections. When we call for appointments, Sheri from Terminix, calls back immediately and schedules a time. John always calls a day or more ahead to confirm our appointment and is always punctual. We are very pleased with their service. We highly recommend Terminix and their wonderful employees.

We have been using Terminix for almost 5 years now. They come every few months to service our home. If we have any problems in between, they are quick to come to help remedy the issue. We almost always have Manuel. He is the absolute best. Highly recommend.

I haven't had an experience to report on. We received phone call that the appt scheduled for Nov 29 was not going to happen because everyone was off due to Thanksgiving holiday.
