These people are scammers. I paid for a termite bundle service $150/mo for a year and my understanding was the termite stations would be mine after the year ($1,800) but now i've been informed they will come and remove them after i cancel my service. I have absolutely no idea what i paid $1800 for. I've never seen anyone come and check my bait stations. Do not get their termite service it's a complete scam.

We used Terminix’s one time application for ants 20 years ago. The ants just came back! We used them again 2 days ago and haven’t seen a single ant since!

Wow! Where can I start- First off, we weren’t even there & Steven entered, did his job & left all while texting me updates about our condo! It’s an extra effort; however, so comforting that he cares enough to take the time to text me all the details of his job! This experience definitely made my day! It was stress free and now I know for sure that Terminex knows what they’re doing and cares about their customers! We have seen no evidence since Terminex came to spray! I’ve never seen bugs gone so quickly! I completely recommend this company and if you live in south Florida on the Gulf side, always ask for Steven Mendez! He goes above and beyond!

Our serviceman Chris Latherow came to our home to check out termite bait stations, but didn't leave before he cleaned our entire cobwebbed pool lanai, which was not on his agenda for the day.
