Wow! Where can I start- First off, we weren’t even there & Steven entered, did his job & left all while texting me updates about our condo! It’s an extra effort; however, so comforting that he cares enough to take the time to text me all the details of his job! This experience definitely made my day! It was stress free and now I know for sure that Terminex knows what they’re doing and cares about their customers! We have seen no evidence since Terminex came to spray! I’ve never seen bugs gone so quickly! I completely recommend this company and if you live in south Florida on the Gulf side, always ask for Steven Mendez! He goes above and beyond!

Our serviceman Chris Latherow came to our home to check out termite bait stations, but didn't leave before he cleaned our entire cobwebbed pool lanai, which was not on his agenda for the day. The company always lets me know when it’s time for scheduling to have my bait traps looked at and Chris communicates all service visits with me.
