Today was Friday after Hurricane Milton hit Fort Myers. My son just turned five yesterday and was riding his new bike. He said hi to a wonderful young man from this company that was out in Fort Myers on Charmont Place this early am. This man was so sweet to my son and had a wonderful conversation with him. As we started to continue on, he came up and asked if he could give my son a treat for his birthday. He handed him a $20 bill. It’s not the money but the sweet kindness and generosity of this amazing human that made my son’s day. It’s hard to have all this craziness and have your birthday look a little different. He was an amazing young man and great asset to your company.

I am very happy with my first experience with Terminix. My tech, Jimmy Charles , was great. Did good work, explained what he was doing, and made suggestions how to keep critters out of the house. I also want to add that he is a really nice guy.

I am sorry to say that I had horrible experience with Terminix recently, and I would not recommend them to anyone! I will say that there workers that spray inside or around the house are excellent. However, they tried to sell me a proposal for Terminix termite prevention when I live in a home that is cement with poured cement in the block and there is not one termite that any of us have ever had in our neighborhood. The gentleman came in with a piece of wood telling me I had termites and kept trying to lower the price of the proposal that started at $1600. It landed at $1240 and I didn’t take it. I asked him where did he get that piece of wood from in the butt of the wood was a 2 x 4 and I’m not an idiot, he takes me out to my hibiscus tree in the yard and tells me it came from there. I said that you’re telling me I have termites and hibiscus tree and trying to sell me a $1600 prevention? Why don’t you just tell me to take the tree down? It was a very small tree. Also, I knew for sure that wood did not come from that tree. There are no termites in the tree. I had it inspected by another company. I wonder how many in Naples Florida they are doing this too? I know they have been in really, bad way I believe in Ohio doing things like this. Please beware for your own good.

All I can say is wonderful things about Brett. Had him come out today to do an inspection at my apartment complex and this guy was very knowledgeable and very professional with a great personality. Brett didn't hesitate to carefully check every room and even got on the floor to make sure he didn't miss anything. I will 100 percent keep Terminix on my call list for any issues I get in the future.

Brett came to our condo today to do an inspection. He was very punctual and nice right from the start, he carefully examined our home and every nook and cranny he could, he even got down on the floor to do a thorough sweep. He was very knowledgeable and educated us on several things. Fortunately we just needed an inspection and he put me at ease because honestly I was FREAKED out. Above all else appreciate his carful inspection and his honesty! If I even need anything done again I will make sure to use Terminix! Brett was personable and wonderful!

DISHONEST and FORGET ABOUT contacting ANYONE at the local office. You will ALWAYS be redirected to the national number where they’ll want to confirm your name, phone, address, and account TWO or THREE times before you actually get helped. Also, the Ft. Myers Office will defraud you out of your service. I was outside working on my boat all morning/afternoon. “Ismael” was supposed to come service the bait stations for termites between 10am and noon. At TWO THIRTY, Ismael says he was on my property for 20 minutes and logged the report that he was. He was never there, unless he’s invisible or parachuted. I call him that day. He doesn’t return my call. I email him and cc his supervisor. The email to the supervisor bounces and Ismael doesn’t reply. I call the main number, and after being transferred twice and interrogated 3 times about my account info, I cancel the termite service, in spite of their offer to reduce the price 40% (that’s how frustrating this is). A week later, I receive a report saying “Chris” was at my house and serviced the bait stations, and I owe $65. I call the local office, ring through to the national number, request to speak to Joe N., the manager AT FORT MYERS, get someone ELSE at the national number who, after asking me a bunch of questions, transfers me to a THIRD person at the national number, who makes it VERY DIFFICULT to rest assured that my service was cancelled and why I have a bill. SO, I cancelled the entire service. You stole from me. You refuse to put me in touch with the accountable parties or their supervisors. In that case, I don’t want to do business with you, and you don’t deserve my money. I hope this review costs you 1000x more than the time and money you cost me. Thanks for leaving 20 holes around my property to trip on, also! Were there holes there when you came to PLACE the traps?! Then why are there homes now that you've REMOVED the termite traps?! Sergio did a GREAT job on the inside of the house during the two years or so I was with Terminix, and was always perfect with his customer service.
