Absolutely horrible I had a rat problem after hurricane and tried to use them and made the mistake of signing their contract. which I advise you read it’s a year long and they charge 300. Plus to cancel it plus the remainder of your balance what bull hockey. I still catch rats with good old fashioned traps inside I gave 1 star because I had to.
