We are so thankful for Terminix and the services they provide! Before we found them, we tried doing our own pest control, and that failed miserably. They always do a thorough job and come right away. We wanted to give a special shout out to Brenda, who my kids lovingly call “Ms. Brenda, the bug lady.” She is so awesome, does an excellent job, and even takes the extra time to talk to and inspire my kids! My oldest has even started a bug collection of her own. We love you Ms. Brenda!

Alex was very professional and helpful even though he was not given much notice from his teammates regarding what service I had purchased. However he was able to listen to my concerns and respond appropriately then call the representative to confirm so that there was no misunderstanding. Excellent service!
