I signed up with Terminix for a rat problem in our attic. It took two weeks before I even had traps set up in the attic. I asked repeatedly about sealing up a hole that was in our air controller for outside air conditioner that led right up to the attic, I was told they were going to cover it, but they never did. I’ve been told the poison that they use in the boxes is dangerous to dogs and cats and wildlife. We definitely didn’t feel like we hired the right Company and I called to cancel and I was told a supervisor was going to call me, but I never heard from him. I was given A number to another supervisor, who was going to decide if I was going to be able to get any of my $1700 back but he never returned my call. I went with Phoenix pest control and those guys were great! They came out right away, dug a trench all the way along the back of my house, sealed up access areas that Terminix missed. It’s been about 6 weeks and no more scratching sounds in my attic. I texted my rep at Terminix to please pick up their rat boxes a couple times and the boxes are still sitting on the side of my house.

Do yourself a favor and use another company or at least get a second opinion from other companies. Terminix was the worst choice we could have made as new homeowners. Our technician has been very nice, but everything else has been horrible. Despite documenting signs of activity, making follow up appointments continuously… we are STILL having the same issue we’ve had for the last 14 months with zero resolution and we spent over 8k. Like I said above - find another company/get a second opinion unless you consistently and constantly want to be frustrated.

Jeffrey was very good at what he does. He tried to reach me when he tried ringing my bell to update me on his service and make sure no problem with pest inside. My door bell does not work as it was destroyed during hurricane Helene so jeffrey phoned me. He updated me on what he had performed and asked about inside. Very helpful I rate him a 5

My service tech, Jeffrey was excellent. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained in detail the treatments he would be applying. He did a very thorough job and alleviated my concerns regarding the chemicals. The price was within the industry standards for the scope of work, which i verified by getting quotes from other comparable competitors.

David Ortiz* was very friendly and informative. He returned the next day to further explain our questions and to answer any concerns. He was able to show us how to save more monies by different payment plans. The service person came out two days later to place the cones for sub termites. Stacey Martin came today and treated our house. He educated us on what to look for and showed us what termites actually look like. I'd never seen a live one only blown up pictures so now we know exactly what to keep our eye out for. He was friendly, upbeat and professional. Josh Hann has been our tech for over 15 years and with Terminix for 30. If you send him a picture of anything he can tell you what it is and if it is not in his bag of tricks to spray eliminate, he will send someone who can do it. So, we had two other younger technicians (who respect and admired Josh openly) and got right to the task at hand here to get rid of the bugs in question. Brenda from Terminix is absolutely fantastic! She has such a great attitude and made the whole experience much easier with her clear and friendly communication.
