After clearly describing the service I expected (one time flea extermination) via phone, they still sent a sales person to my home to try and sale me more services. He wasn’t too pushy yet I declined. The ONE TIME service was performed by a great technician (Jason). I received a call a week later pushing services. I declined again. They did a follow up service per the one time service that I’d already paid for. They called a few days later attempting to again sell me more services. I declined. A week later I find that Terminix stored my credit card in their files, and signed me up for monthly services. I called. Gave them an earful and had them reverse the charges. I believe they did this because I live in a 55+ community and they thought I wouldn’t notice this. BEWARE

BIGGEST SCAM EVER!! This is the WORST service I have ever had; a 16 year old at McDonalds would provide better service. None of the technicians are prepared or do their due diligence. The Home inspector did not inspect my garage, and guess what, that’s where all the rodent activity was. (I found out the issue myself) The traps expert did not take pictures of where the traps were located so when they sent a new technician to check they asking me where are the traps, and the technician did not have tools to go under into the crawl space. (Called the office to get this rectified, to no help) The insulation was put in before the rodent were exterminated and they did not clean up the mess left. There was rat poop left in my house and garage that I had to clean up after they left. Called the office multiple times with these issue, could not speak with a manager, and was hung up on multiple times. If I could refundI would do it heartbeat. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY MONEY AND TIME!

If you have Joe Ortiz coming to your house, good luck. I don't have an attic or crawl space. I thought I heard something moving around in my walls / roof. Joe came out and "looked around" for maybe 15 minutes. He determined I had rats. There is a large tree that slightly hangs over my roof and when asked if it could be squirrels jumping down/running on the roof he said that maybe 5 total times its turned out to be squirrels. When the guy came out to "fix" the problem, he covered up some minor spots. He also said there are no rats and its just the squirrels like I previously asked about. Paid way too much for a patch job. Never recommending Terminix to anyone and hope people call more than one company, learn from my mistake. When I reached out to Joe, he never responded once. I hope a senior salesman at my company would at least give a customer a contact number to reach out to

Although the second treatment has not been completed yet I feel extremely confident in the services I have received to date. Having a knowledgeable technician who took the time to address all my questions and concerns really put me at ease. The contract guaranteeing the issue would be resolved—and the fact they return for a second treatment—gave me confidence in the service and overall treatment.

Paid them to wrap my trailer so a rat would stop getting in. The missed 2 spots and will not return any of my calls. I would not use them as they will not fulfill their contract. Very unprofessional company.

Don’t do a dry wood termite policy with Terminix. We’ve been paying for eight years had a major infestation the swarm season and Terminix is refusing to communicate about fumigating our hundred year-old wood frame house that has to be tented every 6 to 7 years. They’ve now done two inspections and told us they’re gonna have a manager call back. We called back multiple times and no manager will communicate with us. They’re really good about trying to collect your money, but they don’t wanna actually take your house per their contract.

We used them for over 20 years until repeated missed appointments led us to cancel our pest control in 2020 and our termite service this year. We've had termite damage issues ongoing for at least three years and they just keep sending a worker out with a spray can to spot treat. They are now sending collections warnings to my 91 year old mother because we didn't continue with them. Your time means nothing to them and apparently they are bullies too. AVOID!!!!
