Jesse came for my quarterly pest inspection for the first time yesterday. He listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. We spoke about the ant problem that I had over the last 4 months that I thought I had gotten rid of. Today I just so happened to go in a room I don't normally frequent and low & behold a hoard of ants. I texted him to see when I could get him to stop by & take a look. He almost immediately text me back & said he would do his best to come by tomorrow which I said ok to. Then not too long after that I got another text message saying he would be able to fit me in today. I just want him to know how appreciative & thankful that I am that he was able to do that. Also, let it be known that it is hard to find customer service like I had with him over the last couple of days. Thanks Jesse! 😊

I've been with Terminix for a long time. They always give excellent service. My service tech Alexander Cintron-Rivera is completely thorough during his inspections and services. He always states that if I see something that pops up give him a call. It can't get better than that. Thanks Alex.

I’ve always had an extremely good experience with Jose Santos doing my inspections. He is extremely thorough, very responsive if I have questions or need to call about timing, and he is altogether just pleasant during the inspections. We haven’t had any issues with termites in the few years he has been doing our inspections.

Sahar Curry is the best! Amazing attention to detail! So amazing seeing a woman doing a historically man’s job! She knocked it out of the park! Update: so Terminex got me for their insulation. A few days after it was installed the entire ceiling fell in. I contacted Terminex and missed their return call. Four days later I contacted them again. Since I didn’t hear from them I resorted to texting the area manager. No reply. A few weeks ago I told the exterminator tech and he said he’d tell management. No one contacted me. Now two month later I just cleaned up the mess and will be paying for someone to reinstall the drywall. Terminex is garbage, don’t use them. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I am terrified of frogs and for some reason they are very much in liking of my home and surroundings. But thanks to Joe from Terminix who was amazingly polite, generous and absolutely not afraid of those horrendous creatures my frog situation has minimized tremendously. He was very understanding about my pest situation and took his time to take care of it. Definitely a great asset to Terminix and deserving of a raise for his superb customer service and attention. Bye bye frogs🐸
