He was able to show us how to save more monies by different payment plans. The service person came out two days later to place the cones for sub termites. I'd never seen a live one only blown up pictures so now we know exactly what to keep our eye out for. He was friendly, upbeat and professional. Josh Hann has been our tech for over 15 years and with Terminix for 30. If you send him a picture of anything he can tell you what it is and if it is not in his bag of tricks to spray eliminate, he will send someone who can do it. So, we had two other younger technicians (who respect and admired Josh openly) and got right to the task at hand here to get rid of the bugs in question.
