While my quarterly pest service is always awesome, I have not been impressed with the termite protection services. Recently, my house has had a few outdoor projects installed (pool and decking). I had to remove some of my bait stations. I spoke with the team that installed them and they said that was fine. All I needed to do was notify them when the projects were done and they would come reinstall them. I have done that both between direct communication with the sales team, the main office, and my normal quarterly pest guy. The termite team has still to come out and reinstall the few bait stations where they might need to be.

Matthew came out and was very thorough with getting us all the information we needed and set us up with the Termite bond we were looking for. Bill did the install, and at first we were hesitant about the drilling into our concrete but bill made it as unnoticeable as possible and was extremely professional during the entire process.
