I've used Terminix for many years, no complaints, no claims. Recently sold a house and bought another. Asked Terminix to come out to price the new house. Had been paying about $140/yr for the chemical treatment termite protection for a 2900sf wood frame house. Representative came, walked the house and suggested the bate system. Said it was better. I paid $135. I was thinking, smaller house (1900sf), structural brick, less wood, less chance for claim that's why the price was good. Well the price wasn't good, it's now $156 PER MONTH!!!!! I've reached out to requested the branch manager to call me a few days ago......still waiting.

After being stood up for my appointment and not being notified after 8 hours, I contacted Terminix. I asked for a supervisor to contact me and to schedule me for the next day. No one contacted me. Next day, same thing. Finally, my regular technician, Eugene (who is excellent) called me. He is not the individual who rudely did not notify me of the cancellation. Eugene took care of the problem. He is a definite asset to your company. To be honest, I was ready to cancel my service prior to Eugene contacting me.

Scheduled a service, was told two different inspectors would come out. Only one showed. Received an email confirming a follow-up the next month. Again, technician no showed. Terminix is now threatening us with collections to pay off the remaining $44 balance despite services not being rendered. When calling them to resolve the issue, I was met with an exceptionally rude customer service representative who repeatedly interrupted me and refused to help. Highly recommend avoiding them in the Jacksonville area.

Ashton from Terminex was awesome! I had found a swarm at the window in front of my house and didn’t know if my home was infested. He found the nest under my pavers, treated the area and even put the pavers back. He patiently answered all of my questions and did an amazing job! I’m not sure of the price as they were sent by the HOA.

My husband has used Terminex Jacksonville for 22 years. For the past ten years, we have had nothing but issues with their annual home inspection. We've called them repeatedly insisting that they pre-schedule these visits by calling and speaking to us directly. Nope, that never happened. Usually we would receive an email or text "reminding" us that they were coming on their schedule. After each instance, we would call and insist that going forward, they would schedule visits based on our availability and we would also confirm that they had the correct contact phone numbers to reach either of us to do so. Nope, they still weren't able to that. Scheduling with us is not difficult, I work from home and my husband is now retired! Our policy renewal is every January. Beginning every OCTOBER a live person from Terminex would begin calling my husband, they would send emails and snail mail invoices for the next renewal term. In all, my husband attempted to call, "live chat" and email Terminex requesting a copy of his policy and confirming the last time they ever treated our property. THEY NEVER RESPONDED BY EMAIL, PHONE OR LETTER. We spoke our concerns to the tech who came to our home and she said she would be sure to have someone contact us. She also checked the contact numbers they had on file for us and those were STILL wrong!! She promised to get them corrected. We don't have a lot of faith that will get done. The fact that they have the correct contact number to call to ask for renewal policy payments, but not for scheduling, baffles us. Maybe they have termites in their comptuer system? I feel as if this may be a "money grab" situation and we will be pursuing contacting the BBB and our attorney to seek some answers. Consumers beware!!
