Great mosquito service for the summer to have less mosquitos biting the kiddos playing outside. Not a complete eradication of mosquitos but a drastic difference. We also have exterior/interior pest control as we live in a heavy tree/wooded neighborhood and large roaches (palmetto bugs) are not an uncommon site. The service took care of that and we no longer see the stray roach in the home and are very thankful for that! Great communication from the serviceman who came by. Easy to work with. Easy to pay. The price feels fair. 10/10, will continue working with Terminix.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Kellan, the sales rep, lied to us about the services that would be provided and then the installer cut an electrical line outside and now my outdoor lights do not work. They also left behind a huge mess on my sidewalks and in my yard. They assured me that I would receive a refund and Now they will not respond or come back and fix what they have broken. Stay away from Terminix. Find another company to work with. Update: Terminix completely lied about the services that they would provide, then left my yard and sidewalk a total disaster. Including cutting an electrical line in my yard causing my outdoor lights to not work. When I called to complain to the manager Darrell, he would not take any responsibility and literally hung up on me. No wonder they have a C-rating with the BBB. Stay away from Terminix. Use any other company.
