Evan came early Friday morning and sprayed everything in entirety and you can tell it’s working because they roaches are definitely appearing from where they were hiding. Evan also explained to me where he placed the bait traps for mice as well and explained that he would follow up in 10-15 days. He said to contact him if I feel like the treatment isn’t working and they come out for no additional cost. So far so good.

I called & scheduled and interim inspection. Albert inspected all areas and explained everything he was doing and why. Although I had concerns that there might be termites, he seems knowledgeable and competent and explained that the barrier units were clean and working and so, no termites. I showed him the areas of my concern . He inspected and then he assured me that there were no termites. He put my concerns to rest until next inspection.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Mr. Fauntroy. I received prior notice that he was coming which allowed me to be home when he came. He greeted me professionally and started working on the outside of my home. He gave me an oral report of his findings and followed that up with a written report. He also reminded me to call if I had any concerns. Again, I was extremely pleased with the service today. I am under a regular contract, therefore I pay my bill on a quarterly basis.

Charles calls ahead of time one day before the appointment and again the day of before arriving. He patiently explains what he will do and let's me know he doesn't need anything from me. He tells me when he is finished and explains options. The tick and other pests population are way down with no attachments after just two months on a 20 acre place. Very effective at a reasonable rate. Very professional and knowledgeable young man who takes his work very seriously.
