Their services were good. I loved that they responded so quick with both the inspection and coming out to set up traps and close up holes in our home. Customer Service wise, 10/10. But I gave a 7 because I feel that for the price that we paid, I feel we should’ve had more places and more traps patched up. They do not cover all rooms and only enclose the area where there is most action. We had a nice problem and not all of our rooms were covered. I feel like there should be more involved, for the price that we paid. Regardless, the staff was awesome and I would still recommend to others.

Service is great. When my wife and I moved into our new house we had a cricket problem. Jimel Bell was quick to respond. He knew what type of crickets we were dealing with and took care of everything. He even followed up to ensure our cricket issue was resolved. The technician is awesome. Always very polite. When he arrives he asks if anything has changed from the last visit such as rodents or insects have appeared. I noticed him wiping the spider webs down from in front of the house. I thought that was great because I had been meaning to do it but it slept my mind. Luv you guys, keep up the good work.
