Our house had not been previously services for a couple of months but the local office was able to facilitate our scheduling needs and we were fortunate to get Mathew as our tech. By far the worst customer service of any company that I have ever dealt with. They fail to show up when they are supposed to, they fail to complete the service that is paid for, the communication is terrible. I had issues that got elevated to a manager. He helped for the next time. The next two times that I have had an issue, he has completely ghosted me. If a manager won't help you, what is there to do? I am cancelling the service.
