Kyle Billeaudeaux did our termite inspection. His Supervisor was with him. We were very impressed with how much time they spent inspecting inside and outside. They explained clearly what they had found and their recommendations for treatment. There was no charge for the initial inspection. We highly recommend Terminix. We did sign up to have Bait Stations installed. Ryan McGary, installed the Bait Stations , He was very friendly, answered all our questions, and we were very pleased. I would give him 5 stars top. Absolutely outraged. I live in the country so we have all kind of bugs that manage to creep inside, as well as dogs that bring bugs in. Now with a baby in the house we decided to get a pest control so manage the few that do come in. At first, everything was amazing, my technician Joe was great, and just overall it was good service. Two months later it all changed! They begin canceling and changing my appointments without any notification to me, and when I called to speak with someone about it they made sure that I was going to have my next appointment, which once again They Didn’t Show Up. I haven’t gotten any emails or messages about the cancellation either. This is absolutely ridiculous to pay monthly for service whenever I need it and then you don’t show up. Save your money and your time because even when you call to complain they still don’t show up.

I had an investigation of rats in the attic. They cleared them all out, took out all my old insulation that was stained with feces and urine sanitized the whole entire attic area and reinstalled upgraded higher R rated insulation that had the ability to Continue to kill any bugs that came into the attic they set traps to make sure that no rat was missed and they will come back weekly or semi weekly and check the traps to make sure there’s no access they repaired all the access points and installed new solar fans to suck the hot air out of the attic, relieving some pressure off of my air-conditioning system, which was Huff and puffin last year during the heat wave. They were wonderful wonderful workers got and got the job done cleaned up everything were gracious polite, and just a good bunch of young men I am overwhelmed with thankfulness good job boys!

I have been a Terminix customer for many years. James, our Terminix service technician, is the best. Every time he makes a service call he takes time to talk to us about our concerns and answers all our questions. We recently added a new puppy to our family and were concerned she would get into any emerging fire ants. James reassured us that the treatment would not harm the puppy and would target the ants and their mounds.

I discovered I had critters in my attic. The first company I called wanted me to commit to a 2 year contract and all they would do was treat the problem. I then called Terminex and Tony came out within 1 day of my call. He took pictures and gave a comprehensive plan for not only eliminating the problem but closing off all access points for the same price the previous company was charging for only treatment. Ryan came out within 2 days and install traps and blocked all access points. He will continue to monitor the situation every 7 days. Once the activity ceases, he will check back frequency for the next two years and treat any other activity should it happen. Additionally he will block any future access point. Tony and Ryan were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them if you have critters in your attic!

I’ve used Terminix for years now and they always provide great service and keep my home free of pests. But today I want to say how impressed i was with their tech Roman who powered through the pouring rain to inspect our attic and property. He was still friendly and smiling on what was probably a rough day at work. Thank you Roman for your efforts and a shout out to Danny M who regularly does our treatments and always does a great job. These guys make me happy to keep working with Terminix year after year.
