My Terminix service has been and continues to be stellar because of my technician Kerry Johnson. He is timely and professional and courteous. Kerry always gives a heads up the day before our appointment as a reminder of his coming. He texts upon arrival, asking me if I have any specific issues that need to be addressed. When his service is completed he texts to let me know and I have the opportunity to review that quarter’s treatment. Bottom line….if I ever see any bugs at my house they are dead !!! Thank you Kerry Johnson and Terminix. !!

My first impression with Terminix has been very positive! I personally, met Sam who was very friendly as well as helpful. He came for a termite/rodent inspection but also killed two wasps for me when he found them in the house. He also helped me set up an appointment for a fan to be installed in my attic. My husband met with Arthur and said he was helpful as well but I didn’t meet him personally. We purchased the 365+ plan and I’m glad can feel comfortable calling the people to my home.

Ryan does a great job. He sends a text a few days before telling you when he is coming. If anything changes, he also let's you know. Since I have dogs, he texts when he gets here so I can put the doggie door in. In other words he is very considerate and friendly which is so helpful in today's world. We have used Terminix for over 10 years. They have always provided impeccable service. A big part of our staying with them is their consistency and excellent results. Our technician, Ryan, is outstanding! He always contacts us prior to service, follows up and is there if we need supplemental treatment (which has RARELY happened). He encouraged us to sign up for mosquito treatment and while we were uncertain about whether treatment would work, it has been fabulous!!! We have not seen mosquitos in our yard since beginning the service. Terminix is AWESOME!!!
