The Terminix employee who handles our termite bait stations inspections each year, Steel Baptista, is fantastic. He is very polite, careful, professional,, and a hard worker. I always always enjoy walking around and watching as he checks the bait stations.

This is more a review for Joshua, the employee, and less so the company. While I'm satisfied with my Terminix contract overall, I just wanted to recognize Joshua for showing care and concern over possible pests in my home and offering to provide additional bait stations. He explained clearly how to use them and respected my time knowing that I was working from home that day. He was professional, friendly, and followed up afterwards to make sure I understood how to use the self installed stations.

Our service technician, Ryan has been a reliable partner for several years and super easy to work with. It is good to know that our pest control needs are handled by experts in the space. Unfortunately Terminix customer service keeps on sending invoices with higher costs after service without advance notification. No longer reliable. 5 stars for service technician and 1 star for Terminix Billing/customer service.
