- 11/19/25 Terminix did total exclusion -First scheduled date of follow up 11/26 (we were never notified and we were out of town so we rescheduled) - Rescheduled for 11/28 tech did not show up so we called to reschedule -Rescheduled for 12/4 tech claimed door not answered but tech did not knock on the door and I watched him pull away. He “started the appointment” on our service link but did not knock on our door or call - Rescheduled for 12/5 - no show - Rescheduled for 12/6 - no show - Called customer service and they notified me that we were actually scheduled for 12/13, which would be 3 1/2 weeks after the exclusion. It was supposed yo be 1 week after exclusion. - had to reach out to original salesperson because tech never sgows up for rescheduled appointments and the online scheduling is 100% useless. He and tech showed up on 12/8 for our first trap reset and they fixed some of the missed exclusion areas. Tech confirmed, in person our 12/13 appointment and Terminex website account showed 12/13 appointment. - 12/13 - appointment no-show and appointment removed from website. No future appointments were scheduled. We texted salesperson and he said he will have someone come out on 12/16 or 12/17. We waited, but nobody showed up on either day. -1/7/26 Tech texted that he was coming this morning, we had no advanced notice, but thankfully were able to move our plans to accommodate them. We are supposed to be getting emails with advanced notice, but have never received one. -1/12/26 tech texted that he was coming that morning with no advanced notice. ( still no email ) We were not available that morning, so the tech said he would reschedule us for that Tuesday or Wednesday. We waited both days, but nobody came. Don't waste your money. The scheduling is pure chaos and 80% likely to no show you. Nobody will let you talk to anyone in charge. I have been waiting 2 weeks to hear back from someone with any authority to fix things. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I will never again recommend this company to anyone. The appalling lack of proper communication that I have had to deal with is absolutely inexcusable and shows a serious disrespect to customers. No amount of apologies will fix the problem when they cant do a better job of communicating from the call center to the local branches when relaying information to book appointments and do a better job of communication with technicians who are supposed to be doing appointments. Furthermore basic common decency is sorely lacking when dealing with technicians to customers. If you can't be respectful enough to call or text to let a client know your on the way & or running late with an estimated time for arrival instead of leaving them waiting for several hours wasting their time then you seriously are in the wrong line of work and need to go back & learn what comes with proper customer service skills. A customer's time is just as valuable and important as the person who works providing a service be it pest control food industry or retail shop. None of them would have jobs without the customers & you don't keep a business going on occasional one shot customers you need repeat business with good customer service skills and communication skills. I had used Terminex in the past for several years both in Texas and Oklahoma and I never had problems before with communication but it has been at least 6 years since I needed them so now with a recent move & needing to start service back up to get rid of a few pest problems before my wedding this week I started back up with them and I had nothing but problems with them. I very clearly said multiple times with them what I needed help with & the dates and times I needed them to come out and they mixed up dates, mixed up times, they had 1 tech come out who claimed she couldn't do treatment in the attic because she wasn't authorized to use a ladder and she was over 2 hours late never called to say running late or on the way til I had to call to find out why they hadn't showed yet, then they had made 2 different appointments to do inspection instead of treatment service when I very clearly already said they had done inspection. Then the first tech left some of their treatment chemicals behind after they left, the last 2 appointments never called or texted to say if they were on the way & never showed. So by my count you have three strikes against you for not getting your techs to communicate with me about appointments and I have had several customer service center people say they noted comments for the techs but it did absolutely no good so I will not accept any more apologies I will find a different company who can get me the results I need. 2 treatment visits is not 4 and did not fix the pest problems.
