I have a contract to have Terminix come out every few months. Had a visit today from Logan W. He messaged me a couple of days before the appointment to see if we’ve had any specific issues since the last visit. I advised we’ve been getting millipedes in the house. When he arrived at the scheduled time, we walked the home perimeter and he advised how he would treat for them. I appreciated his professionalism and communication. Terminix is a great company to work with.

We've used this pest control service for a while, mainly for bug protection and termite bait treatment, and while there are some positives, the overall experience has been inconsistent. The technicians are generally friendly and knowledgeable, and in some cased habe gone out of their way to help, including coming back later in the day to provide service. That said, scheduling and reliability can be an issue, as it sometimes feels like service depends heavily on the individual technician rather than a consistent standard. The work itself seems decent when completed, but at times communication and follow through could be improved. Overall,it gets the job done, but the experience hasn't always been as smooth or dependable as expected.

We pay about 120 every 3 months for bug protection on the inside and outside of the home and its been worth every penny. Great customer service and have never had an issue with them in the over 5 years we have used them.

What an awful experience I received from this branch! It was lies after lies after lies. Couldn't get a call back no matter how many times I called the 800 number, couldn't get anyone that knew anything about bugs ever, Matt was the only 1 who even attempted to find out the kind of bugs we found. So I requested him to be the only 1 to come out and that was too hard for them to accommodate as well so I canceled my very poor service after only 3 months.

I have a yearly termite bait service. They were serviced today by Rutilo. He is a very fine young man. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and just knows his stuff. I would him to be the technician always.
