I live in a woody area, so we have a ton of bugs and spiders. Toufic was able to come out and treat the perimeter of the house, clean up wasp nests and spider webs in my crawl space and even help recommend termite protection! I'm very happy seeing far fewer bugs now!!

We have had an awesome experience with Andrew our Service guy thus far and it has been a few years with him. He is always respectful and attentive to details in his job performance. In the past we have had a very bed experience with corporate/ Managers always disrespectful but because of Andrew’s customer service we gave them a second chance! All Respect and stars to Andrew!!

Wasted time and money with this branch, don't hire them. They showed up only to spend 1 minute outside and never rendered services inside our house like we had asked. Agree with other bad reviews, that you should reach out to your local companies for better services and more honest work. Terminated my services and will not hire this company again.

Cheats, cheats, and cheats. After hearing about my problem, I discovered a tick in our backyard. The customer service agents Lori and Christiane deceptively sold me a plan, just to win a customer. When the service agent came, we inquired with him. He said the service is not included in your plan, and we should pay extra if we need this plan. We were so shocked. When I approached customer care again and spoke with the manager, shockingly, he did not understand what happened with us and rudely said, ‘Okay, we will give you a $50 discount, and charge you $145’ as if he did me a favor after his company cheated me. His tone was rude and very unprofessional. I am not sure how such people even get to the post of a manager. What I need to say about this company? 1. Bunch of unprofessional people handling this company with zero experience on how to deal with a customer. 2. Practicing unethical tricks to make a sale. 3. Cheating and still charging customer. Final verdict: Stay away from such companies. These are the pest that will eat money in your bank.

Not only was he punctual and experienced, but he also was able to walk me through the process of how my membership works at Terminix. I wouldn’t ask for another tech to come and service my home.
