It's not the fumble, but the recovery that counts. In this case, Terminix recovered their prior fumble by sending a highly trained and skilled termite technician (Justin) who battled through the rain to find, recharge and/or replace numerous termite bait stations making sure I knew the location of each. Terminix/Justin was pleasant, professional and efficient! Fumble recovered - well done!

Franz has been my technician for the past 5 years. He is great! He treats my home quarterly, advises me on areas that need to be sealed and is thorough in treating the interior/exterior of my home. If there are any insects inside he comes out as many times as needed to get rid of them. He sends me a reminder 24 hours and 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I truly appreciate the customer care he provides.

Mr. Saul Adams has mostly been my Terminix technician for several years. He is excellent, always on time and very kind as well as professional. Even though he services the exteriors of my house on a quarterly basis but if I contact him for an inside issue, he is very prompt to take care of it. But this winter, I have not seen any insects inside other than an occasional spider or centipede. I appreciate and hope Mr. Adams will receive the recognition he deserves from your company. He is definitely one of the best you employ.

I had the absolute worst experience with Terminix. In November, we found a mouse in our storage room in the basement and contacted Terminix to come and lay some traps. The sales guy used his threatening sales tactics to scare me, telling me I had an infestation and needed all of these services to get rid of the mice. Mind you, we only found one prior to calling them. I ended up spending over $12K for a service that I absolutely didn’t need and have not caught or seen any mice, as they claimed we would. Additionally, he added all of these different pest control services that I am now stuck paying monthly for, which I don’t need. When I contacted Terminix about being duped into the services I didn’t need, they basically told me, "too bad." In December, I called again regarding the monthly services to cancel and was told that I had to pay this ridiculous fee to cancel after already paying $12K for something I didn’t need. The sales manager said he was going to look into it, see what he could do, and get back to me. I have sent him several text messages to follow up, and as of today, there is still no response. Terminix is a ripoff with the worst service ever. I don’t trust them and advise everyone to stay away from them. From their unethical sales tactics to their horrible customer service, I wouldn’t recommend them even to my worst enemy.
